Shahbas is a Planning Engineer / Delay Analyst who is proficient in planning, project controls and delay analysis and has worked for both Clients and Contractors. He has worked within the industry for the past 9 years on a wide variety of projects that are located in the UAE and Qatar. During the course of his career, he has progressed from Site Engineer, Planner through to Delay Analyst.

Shahbas has worked on a range of projects that include Mixed Use Developments, High rise Projects (5*, 4* Hotels and luxury Residential apartments), Residential Villa Communities, Hospitals and Cinemas.
He can work either as part of a planning team on large scale developments or has the ability to adapt to a given situation/environment and use his repertoire of planning skills to take the role as Lead Planner.

Alongside his experience within the construction industry, he has gained qualifications within the following subject matters: Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from University of Calicut. He is extremely au fait with the majority of planning software available on the market and holds diploma in Oracle Primavera (P6).

Shahbas has a good standing relationship with his Clients which include but are not limited to MKM Commercial Holdings, Dubai Investment Properties, Al Wasl, Damac, Al Wafra Investments and Al Rayyan Tourism Investment - Doha.
