Mark has over thirty-six years of experience in the construction and engineering industry providing Commercial services, Contract administration and Claims preparation and Assessments for clients in the UK and internationally.

Mark has spent the last twenty-two years working in the Middle East as a Contract Administrator and preparing claims on a number of projects for large and prestigious clients located in Oman, United Arab Emirates and Qatar.

Mark has a wealth of experience working in multiple sectors including Transportation (trams and aviation), marine works, hospitality, commercial developments, industry, infrastructure, refurbishment, ‘fast track’ projects, schools, power stations, waste water plant, reverse osmosis, pipeline, MEP and extensive experience in residential build.

Mark’s background is as a Quantity Surveyor and specialises in contract administration, cost control, the preparation and assessment of claims both quantum and delay
