Maria has over Fourteen years of experience in the construction and engineering industry providing Commercial, Quantity Surveying and Contract services in the Middle East.

Maria has worked on some of the most iconic buildings in the UAE. Although Maria’s professional experience has been mainly in the Middle East, she has an acute passion for administering construction Contracts and ensuring that all parties adhere to the terms.

In the last year, Maria has adapted her experience and elected to broaden her horizons and embark on a career in the field of claims preparation and dispute resolution. Through her methods of research, data recording and preparing narratives, Maria has positioned herself as an invaluable central key figure within the claims team.

Maria has extensive experience of working in various sectors that include Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Residential (low and high rise), Retail, Industry, Transport & Infrastructure, Commercial Offices, Refurbishments and Fitout and Finishes.

Maria has strong communication skills and is familiar with the majority of construction software available in the market, which includes but is not limited to AUTOCAD, Primavera(P6) and Aconex.
