David is the Managing Director and Founder of the company.

He has worked in the construction industry from a contracting, consulting and client background on a range of major projects in Europe since 1982 and the Middle East since 1992 with wide market sector experience that includes theme parks, palaces, healthcare, infrastructure, seaports, airports, marine, free zones, hospitality, aviation, retail, fit-outs and residential developments.

David was educated at the University of Ulster in Belfast where he obtained a BSc in Quantity Surveying in 1989 and the University of Bath where he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in International Construction Management in 2011.

David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building since 1998 and previously held the designation of member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors from 1994 to 2015.

David has a broad range of skills that complement his core Quantity Surveying background, including, contract and commercial management (including FIDIC, NEC & ICE forms of contract), risk management, dispute resolution, contract claims, procurement and project management.
