Wafi Hotel Complex & Mall Expansion Phase 8

The project involves the expansion of Wafi complex and Mall, comprising of 2 basement levels, multi-storey carpark, a podium and a hotel operated by Sofitel Dubai Wafi.

The iconic tower which features a large gold pyramid, contains luxury guest-rooms that include executive and royal suites in addition to studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced residences. Dining options include Taiko Restaurant, Gastro bar, French café, All-day restaurant and a pool bar. Other amenities within the hotel/tower include spa, gymnasium, outdoor pools, private cabanas, kids club, 10No. meeting rooms, ballrooms (1,115 square meter) and corporate offices on levels 43 and 44.

The podium includes a Carrefour Hypermarket, retail and a 16-screen VOX multiplex cinema that includes signature experiences such as MAX, KIDS, Samsung LED screen, VIP screens, and three first-of-its-kind concept screens.
